Training
Training is organized on an ad-hoc basis for our recipients at AMA whenever we are able to identify and secure effective and appropriate resources on a pro-bono basis from educators who want to give back to the local community as our volunteers. Topics can vary from English language training or other technical classes provided by Alex Trinh (AMA member and also founder of Summa Education (http://summa-edu.com/), to teachers training courses such as Classroom Management and Multiple Intelligences by Natalie Pham (AMA member), who is an experienced educator and trainer of teachers for many years in Vietnam. AMA has also collaborated with other organizations such as Fulbright University of Vietnam, which sponsored a few of our scholarship recipients to take part in their conference on teaching methodologies. In 2019, for the benefit of AMA recipients, Savills Vietnam also sponsored a training course that focused on leadership and practical soft skills in the workplace.
